New-build selections
Building a home is a lengthy and complicated process. Avoid costly mistakes and let our team guide you through the process from start to finish, external through to internal. We will work alongside you and your builder to consider and resolve all the details that many people often miss. We can also guide you through the early stages of the building process – even choosing a plan or selecting a builder that is right for you.
Sally recently assisted us with the entire interior and exterior design of our new home in Gwelup. This is our second project with Urban and we were once again blown away with how it all turned out.
The endless advice and support we received during the whole build, just made the whole process so much easier. We could not be happier with our beautiful home. Renovations
Renovations don’t have to be stressful and complicated. Let us take the angst out of the renovation process by handling all aspects of the design and specifications process right through to pricing and procurement. Our aim is to make the renovation process seamless and enjoyable.
We decided to engage Urban for our renovation project after working with Sally on a new build years ago. We felt that Sally’s depth of knowledge from years of experience in the industry would be invaluable to have right from the start of our reno. Sally was able to work to our brief confidently and really understood the vision we had for our home. Renovating can be stressful but we found that working with Urban cut out a lot of that. Custom Cabinetry & Drafting
The team at Urban Interior Design are experienced in drafting and designing detailed custom cabinets that are tailored to your individual needs. Our custom cabinetry service is offered either as an individual service, or as part of your new-build or renovation package.
Sally was referred to me through a friend and we loved working with her! Her ability to create our vision and decipher what we wanted was phenomenal. I’m currently working on my third project with Urban Interior Design and her fluidness with each different project has been impressive. Our first project was turning our gym into a wine room and this was something we had been pondering and envisioning for a year so Sally assisted us in finally making it a reality. She was able to deliver the exact vision we had in our minds, along with all our special requests. Our latest project was the renovation of our vineyard cottage and again, Urban Interior Design wowed us with the delivery. Sally helped us to not only restore the old but helped bring some new life into the home. Our next project is a new build and we know we can trust her to understand our needs and create a beautiful home for us.
